👤A good journal. To the person who created the map. The West Coast needs to be changed. San Diego is not in Mexico. I think that's correct. The month tabs are sticky and come unstuck all the time. Each tab has a calendar on it, which has to block a part of the calendar page or notes on a day of the week. It is always annoying. A full year sticker on the front of the book would be better. The monthly reflections are nice. It has a nice layout. It's a nice journal.

The calories aren't entirely accurate, but it's good to know the ball park of what you're in without having to check every single label of every food item You can get great workout exercises from the fitness ones. I decided to try this one out since my favorite food tracking planner by Kunista Co was out of stock, so I have had multiple different versions of their various different journals. I really like the other Clever Fox products, but this one didn't do it for me. The journal is very well made. There is no bleed through on the pages. The cover is very cute and reminds me of the design of the Scribbles that Matter. You can use this one journal for six months of food logging and tracking because there are a lot of pages. The pocket in the back of the book is nice and I like the included stickers. I hate the design. Its busy and confusing. There are only two starting points and an ending point page. I feel like they need to break down the goals and have multiple check in pages to make sure they are on track. I hate that the daily tracking pages become a thick wall. The design of the book and lack of long term and short term goal tracking pages made me not have to keep track of anything. This set up didn't work for me. The Kunista Co Food and Wellness Journal is spiral bound.

Don't expect any bleeding or ghosting on these pages. I use both Ink Joy and Flair in my journals. The starting point has fields for your name, weight, height, and measurements. I suppose you can choose to measure and keep track of what you want, but they suggest the following: neck, chest, bicep, waist, hips, thigh, and calf. There is a chart for where I am now and where I want to be. At the bottom of the page is a "Reward if Achieved" as well as a target date and signature. Fancy! On the opposite page is a chance to document your why, how you will feel, and what steps you will take to achieve your goal. The journal begins! It is a daily journal. You can also track your weight, sleep, water, body fat%, and caffeinated drinks, as well as your breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. You can track your moods, your energy, and your activity. You can track if you're free of sugar, alcohol, nicotine, and other harmful substances. Lots of tracking. You can track serving size, calories, fat, and carbs as you track your food. These stickers are great to remind you to use the journal. Clever Fox, please keep the stickers. After 26 weeks of daily pages, there is a measurement tracker where you can see your weight and body fat percentage. The page is similar to the one at the beginning of the journal, with the date, an after picture, final measurements, and a field to write how you can improve if you didn't reach your goal. A spread of products for the five basic food groups that you consume on a regular basis is after that page. If you were eating a real food and you didn't have a label to track serving size, calories, fat, or carbs, this would be very useful. It's a great place to put your favorite foods. There are grid dot pages in the back of the journal. This would be a great place to record your feelings about your journey. The layout helps achieve goals, and it has fun colors with textured covered. It would be nice to have a pocket for the stickers. I use the elastic on the back of the journal to hold the stickers since the journal stays closed.

This is a journal for people who eat breakfast and lunch 7 days a week. It is large. There is almost no space to address health goals, health habits, routines, nothing on sleep or other things, small exercise options which wouldn't allow sets/reps recording. It is advertised as a journal for people who are committed to eating a lot, but it is actually a food journal for people who are committed to eating a lot. Went to the trash can.

The seller was great when I contacted them, and offered to replace the journal with something else. The monthly/weekly will be more effective for me. It is still a great product, and I would highly recommend it.

The baseline page for the measurement fails to include other base measures that are listed at the end of the month review. I don't know what these stickers are useful for. The design was very poor.

👤I have a lot of thoughts, but I have to start somewhere, and this thing is huge. I have a small bag and I've been running between places. I live in a metropolitan city, and I like to walk a lot, and work on my laptop in different coffee shops, restaurants, book stores, and have tons of tasks to run. I'm aware that there is a smaller book made by Clever Fox as well, but it's inconvenient for me to have a book of this size. At the end of my first week, I will use it. I'm filling it up. There is a full section for notes. I filled the whole thing last Thursday. As I get used to the journal, I'm learning what I need to be filling in, for instance, tomorrow will be the first day I'm using the daily "priorities" section. I can't help but think that if I only had a little bit more space in the notes section, I could write more great notes from this self help book. What's my point here? I've always been a digital person because I don't need to carry physical things with me when I travel. I am buying something huge, not only physical. You have to imagine that this product would offer value for me to consider doing that. In my opinion, it does. I've done a lot of research on the other planners. None of them get it right, in my opinion. A bullet journal? It's cool if you want to draw, but you have to set up things. I believe in structure and want areas for creativity.
